This is an amazing, well-maintained, heavy-duty, high-powered, time-saving, full sized multi-purpose food processor from Breville, in very good condition. They call this a "Sous Chef" food processor because it truly is like having a sous chef with great precision in the kitchen. It does everything from peeling, dicing, slicing, shredding, grating, mincing, chopping, julienning, mixing batters, kneading dough, whisking, mixing, and pureeing. It does the job effortlessly in seconds with its powerful high torque direct drive induction motor.

Because the motor is so powerful, this food processor does not make loud, noisy, high-pitched sounds or give off a burnt rubber smell like the vast majority of food processors out there (which do not have a direct drive motor). The power of this Breville food processor is comparable to the power of a Vitamix in the blender world. With this food processor, I've made the smoothest, creamiest nut butters and coconut butters from dried hard coconut shreds, which I cannot make to the same smooth consistency with a Cuisinart or a KitchenAid food processor. This Breville food processor comes with a small and large bowl, and many useful attachments that come conveniently organized in a 2-levle storage box with labels for storing every attachment part. I've only used the reversible shredding disc, serrated S-Blade, and the bowl spatula.

All other accessories are brand new. Small bowl (2.5 Cups) is ideal for mincing herbs, chopping nuts, and blending sauces. Large bowl (16 Cups) is designed for slicing, grating, mixing batters, kneading dough and pureeing soups. Dicing attachment works by slicing and then dicing your foods.

This 2-step process ensures even cooking and textures. Peeler disc can peel up to 7 potatoes at a time and all sorts of produce like beetroot and sweet potato.
