It looks as if it was not used... But I noticed 3 very small scratches just above Cuisinart on the base where the container rests. I believe it is all here, so please look at the pics.

It is in working condition and very clean. There may be what appears to be white streaks on the item, but this is from the overhead light and not on the item itself, unless otherwise noted in the description. Fed Ex or Post Office, whichever is less expensive.
